Recognizing The Episcopal Church’s call to engage in elections as a means of Christian stewardship, ONE Wake at St. Paul’s, the Community Response Group and the Racial Justice Planning Group are working with other congregations to organize a Souls to the Polls event. We will be joined by members of Greenwood Forest Baptist Church, Cary Presbyterian Church, Christ the King Lutheran Church and anyone interested in coming along! Meet in the church for communal prayer at 2 p.m. and then walk/drive to the early voting site at the Herbert Young Community Center, 101 Wilkinson Ave. in Cary. Volunteers will be available after our Sunday services throughout October to assist with information about voting. You can find resources here.
