On the Tenth Sunday after Pentecost, Fr. Javier reflects on the Letter to the Hebrews and what it means to be a a part of the great cloud of witnesses: “when we come to this Table… we are not just celebrating our communion with the people that we already know and love, but declaring our loyalty to a kingdom that is not here yet, a people in the making—a kingdom that always lies just out of reach. Our true Promised Land.”
