ONE Wake Affordable Housing Actions

ONE Wake is acting on a pledge to keep Affordable Housing top of mind with elected officials, and folks from St. Paul’s are showing up! First on the calendar in 2025 was public comment at the Wake County Commissioner’s meeting on Feb. 3, attended by 10 of our members. You can read about that here.

Now, we need your help to make an impression with the Raleigh City Council by showing up at Raleigh City Hall on Tuesday, Feb. 11 at 7 p.m. for the public comment portion of the council meeting. Please register in advance here. Let us know if you would like to carpool by emailing onewake@stpaulscary.org.

Residents from across the county are invited to stand in solidarity with ONE Wake leaders as we remind elected officials of their commitments to increase local funding for affordable housing. Learn more about ONE Wake on their website; read the 2024 Annual Report; or contact St. Paul’s core team leaders Christina Myers and Mary Kintz at onewake@stpaulscary.org.
