The 2017 Arts & Crafts Festival for Outreach will take place on Saturday, November 4, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. You’ll find artwork and handmade crafts from local artisans, including pottery, fiber art, glass, jewelry, hand-knit items, woodworking, yard art, and more. We’ll have musical performances, a coffee bar and bake sale, and a book sale. You can choose the prizes you want to win from our huge raffle, including handmade items, gift baskets, and more. New this year: enjoy a lunch of delicious soups made by the Fellowship Events Team, or visit the hot dog cart outside.
We’ll need volunteers in every area of the festival, especially someone to serve as facilities coordinator to arrange for the transportation of tables the afternoon before the festival and the day of the festival. Please contact Sally Moller at sbm2@nc.rr.com.
Are you an artist or crafter? Please consider donating your new, handmade items to the St. Paul’s table. Please contact Gerri Antonides, gerri.antonides@sbcglobal.net.
We need raffle prizes. Please let us know if you have a contact with a local business that would be willing to donate. We’ll be happy to provide you with a donation letter to give to businesses and a tax receipt for the donations. If you have new items to donate or can contact a local business, please contact Gwen Neidig, ghneidig@gmail.com.
For general questions about the festival please contact Sally Moller at sbm2@nc.rr.com.
Thank you for your support of the Arts & Crafts Festival for Outreach!
