Mulch Madness (Mar 25, 2017)

Join your fellow parishioners on Saturday, March 25 at 8:30 AM to spread mulch, prune plants, and tidy up the grounds of St. Paul’s. There will be a variety of jobs available – spreading mulch, weeding, pruning, and planting. Please bring a water bottle, gloves, rake, shovel, and wheelbarrow, if you have one.  Questions?  Contact Julia Rudy at jbrudy@yahoo.com.

Hermano (Farmworker) Day (Mar 26, 2017)

Sunday, March 26, 2017 is Hermano Day (Farmworker Day).  Representatives from the Episcopal Farmworker Ministry will be here to tell us about the work being done to help our farmworker brothers in Christ.  St. Paul’s helps by donating work clothes and bedding and by offering financial support.  Please bring your donations to church that day.  Continue reading for more and to see what donations are needed.

The Spring Mini Ministry Fair will be held Sunday, April 23, 2017 in the Parish Hall during Coffee Hour.   Different ministries are highlighted at each of the three mini fairs during the year. Whistle Stop Videos

Adult Formation (week of Mar 26, 2017)

Sunday, Mar 26: Jennie Belle, Immigration and Farmworker Director of the NC Council of Churches, leads a class: “The Life of Christ and Immigration” in the Chapel at 10:15.  Wednesday, Mar 29: Lenten study in the Youth Wing at 6:00 PM led by Andrew Zawierucha and Leah Dail based on the book Celebration of Discipline by Richard Foster.   Continue reading for details.
