Gracious and loving God, Source of all Wisdom, we pray for your guidance as we move through this time of transition and discernment. We ask your blessing upon our Rector Search Committee: may they serve with open hearts and minds, trusting each other, the process and your grace. We also ask your blessing upon this parish: may we be ever mindful of your vision for us as we continue to worship, serve and grow together. This we ask in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen
The St. Paul’s Vestry
On November 3, 2024, Fr. George Adamik retired after 25+ years of ministry at St. Paul’s. In The Episcopal Church, we as a parish determine our vision for the future and choose who will lead us into it. The rector search very deliberately allows time for celebrating the former rector as well as grieving their departure. It also incorporates space for an interim rector to provide an objective view of the parish’s strengths and areas for growth. This process provides opportunities for parish discernment and visioning, and time for the intricate dance by which we and the candidates get to know each other. Learn more about our search in this Rector Search Process Timeline.
As we navigate the transition, you can turn to this page for updates about the process to call St. Paul’s next rector. If you have any questions, please contact St. Paul’s wardens and vestry leadership.
