Follow the Action at the 81st General Convention

The 81st General Convention of The Episcopal Church is taking place June 23-28, 2024 in Louisville, KY. The General Convention is the governing body of The Episcopal Church. Every three years it meets as a bicameral legislature that includes the House of Deputies and the House of Bishops, composed of deputies and bishops from each diocese. The event that many will be following is the election of the next Presiding Bishop, set for Wednesday, June 26. Presiding Bishop Michael Curry is completing his nine year term at the end of October.
