Farmworkers from Mexico will soon be arriving on farms located just an hour from Cary. These men live in remote labor camps and arrive with the barest of necessities. The Coronavirus has added to the long list of issues that farmworkers already face: sub-poverty wages, substandard housing, and isolation from family and friends.
A memorial service will be held for Martha Ford Waters on Saturday, February 26, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Paul’s Church.
