June is National Gun Violence Awareness Month, and traditionally, the first days of June encourage all who wish to see gun violence reduced to wear orange. Friday, June 2, 2023 is National Gun Violence Awareness Day, and everyone is encouraged to wear orange June 3 – 4.

Wake County residents: ONE Wake is listening! We are engaging organizations across Wake County in a campaign of Listening Sessions, helping to identify the pressures felt by households in our region.
