Summer is almost upon us! They say the only constant in life is change. Church life is much the same.
As we navigate this season of transition, it bears remembering that the thing we call church is not a monolithic, static thing. To talk about what it means to be the church, we must always speak in the present tense. Where is the Spirit leading us to a deeper relationship with God and our neighbors? “Being the church” is not a task we accomplish.
