All are welcome to attend the Celebration of New Ministry for the Rev. Javier Almendárez-Bautista at Church of the Holy Family in Chapel Hill. At the beginning of a new rector’s tenure, it is customary to inaugurate this ministry with a service of thanksgiving. The Rt. Rev. Jennifer Brooke-Davidson will preside, and the service will be followed by a celebratory reception in the Parish Hall. Clergy are invited to wear red stoles.
