Worship. Serve. Grow.

Welcome Natalie Sroka!

After careful and fruitful discernment, I am pleased to announce that Natalie Sroka has accepted the position of Office and Children’s Ministry Administrator effective January 1, 2024. We reorganized staff responsibilities and developed this new position with St. Paul’s growing mission and ministry in mind. Natalie will continue with many of the responsibilities of the previous Office Manager position, while also providing administrative support for our children’s ministry.

Regan Dunlap will remain on staff supporting children’s ministries, focusing her time on in-person children’s programming on Sundays.

In addition to having extensive administrative and non-profit management experience, Natalie is a familiar face at St. Paul’s: she served as our Interim Children’s Ministry Coordinator before accepting a teacher assistant position at St. Paul’s Preschool. In order to be supportive of the Preschool, Natalie will continue in her teacher assistant role until the end of the academic year. During that time she will work in the church office in the afternoons, while volunteers and staff members will provide temporary office support in the mornings. In May, she will occupy the Office and Children’s Ministry Administrator position on a regular, full-time schedule.

Change is a part of life, but we have been exceedingly fortunate at St. Paul’s to have such committed, capable staff members over the years. As Natalie joins us on staff, please join me in thanking Melanie Fairbrother for all that she has done in her role as Office Manager for 23 years. We wish her all the best in retirement, and we thank each of you for your continued support of St. Paul’s, our staff, and ongoing ministry.
