Refuge for Refugees Committee members went to the airport last week to greet our newest refugee family and were disappointed to discover that they had been prohibited from boarding their plane because the U.S. had filled its quota of 30,000 refugees for the fiscal year. The Refuge for Refugees Committee is happy to report that St. Paul’s will welcome another refugee family in early September. This family (mother and two adult sons) comes to us from Sudan.
