The Racial Justice Planning Group is hosting a Racial Equity Institute (REI) Phase I training on May 14-15 in the Youth Wing. REI’s two-day workshop is designed to provide attendees with a vocabulary and historical framework for racism to better understand how it damages lives in all communities.
Advocacy Day is an annual event where the bishops and diocesan, ministry and advocacy leaders spend the day at the General Assembly meeting with elected representatives from across the state.
Housing affordability is not keeping up with population growth in Wake County, the third-fastest growing county in the country. We need a large turnout at the upcoming ONE Wake assembly on April 11 to keep pressure on elected officials.
