The Episcopal Farmworker Ministry in Dunn, NC, with the help of many organizations including St. Paul’s, recently raised $60,000 for an Emergency Food Fund to help feed agricultural workers during the Covid-19 pandemic. Dear Friends, This week I’d like to tell you about the reopening of the preschool, adult formation, the blessing of the animals, movie discussion night and the Sunday livestream. Click HERE for George’s letter.
A Blessing of the Animals will be held Sunday, Oct 4 in the courtyard. There will be two services with a limit of 15 people at each service. One service will be at 12:00 noon and the second at 1:00 p.m. Sign up will be necessary to attend. Continue reading for more and to sign up.
Volunteer opportunities are now available at the Dorcas Ministries Food Pantry for St. Paul’s on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays starting in October 2020 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. This training video shows how things will be handled during the pandemic.
